Oatmeal Raisin Muffin Mix

Sugar, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Enzymes), Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Seedless Raisins, Nonfat Powdered Milk (Nonfat Dry Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt.

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Stir ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter, 1 egg and ⅔ cup of water into the mix
3. Bake in a lined muffin tin for 14-18 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Makes 12 muffins.
