- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Stir ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter, 1 egg and ⅔ cup of water into the mix
- Bake in a lined muffin tin for 14-18 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Makes 12 muffins.
