Mini muffins

To make mini muffins, lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees. Mini muffins bake quicker - I baked mine for 12 minutes.

You can bake mini muffins with or without liners. If you are using a non-stick pan, you don't need to grease the pan even if you bake without liners. I personally find mini muffin liners to be a bit fussy and I love the look of mini muffins without the liners. You do get a bit more browning without the liners, and you might want to take them out about a minute earlier.

One of my 12 muffin mixes will yield about 36-42 mini muffins, depending on how full you fill them. I found the easiest way to fill the mini muffins was with a piping bag, but you could also spoon the batter into each muffin.
